Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products and Courses
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a product or course has been purchased.

Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate purchase
• Technical issues that prevent access to a product, and support is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days
